According to this news article published by MassLive back in May, UMass Memorial in Worcester listened to their patients and came up with a program to help family members to see their loved ones before dying.
According to the article, Saint Vincent hospital in Worcester has a similar program in place.
We need to ensure that ALL hospitals allow access to our loved ones. Whether they are near death, or in need of a health advocate.
